Job Description:

  • Responsible for doing general landscape care.
  • Perform general maintenance tasks such as raking leaves and snow, trimming hedges, and cutting grass.
  • Complete lawn maintenance tasks
  • Mow grass and plants.
  • Operate lawn care machinery
  • Identifying the needs for yard maintenance through meetings with clients.
  • maintaining flowerbeds and gardens.
  • performing routine inspections of the yards of clients.
  • keeping the exterior spaces, yards, and gardens of clients attractive.

Requirements:

  • Must possess driver’s license
  • Should pass background check
  • Must be away from using drugs
  • Should be punctual and on time.

Evaluation:

  • 30-day check
  • meet the requirements of standard operating procedures
  • If evaluation is favorable, benefits are awarded after 90 days.
